Our programs are dedicated to education and supporting the adoption of transformative and innovative business practices. ECO DEV ACTIVATION
We facilitate strategic design and action planning by bringing people together to understand the context and problem, allow them to feel heard and genuinely contribute to building outcomes. We extend our strategic engagement to include storytelling and human benefits to consider the impact and implementation of actions to reach the strategic economic development visions.
COMMUNITY INNOVATION
We use a Design Thinking process to facilitate the development of innovative ideas and solutions to real economic development problems (often supported by interesting and fun tools such as Lego Play or technology partners such as IdeaScale). We facilitate large scale public events, hackathons and competitions or intimate and targeted groups.
