E2Language is an online learning experience for both individuals and business. Their services are focused on helping people improve their English learning in relation to tests including OET, IELTS, PTE and TOEFL. They also work with global corporates developing programmes for their employees.
Their challenge was how to stand out in a crowded market that had competition from both on line and classroom based companies.
Marketing Entourage used our trusted methodology to work with the E2Language team to define a clear vision, target the best channels to market and highlight the quality of the services and specific support programs, video content and teachers/mentors.
Following the outcomes of workshops facilitated by Marketing Entourage, further in depth work was completed in relation to customer research, SEO and social media strategy to ensure that E2Language were more visible with increased brand awareness. Marketing Entourage also designed a new and modern brand that matched the redefined values of E2Language. This helped position themselves as a premium service with the highest quality teachers and content available not only to the local but also global market. Once the brand was created, Marketing Entourage redesigned the website to focus on the customer journey and what support they need. This has since been updated by another organisation since then, however they still utilise the brand guidelines and logo we developed initially.
The results have been extremely positive with new customers and greater experience for those using the service.
